Caretaker Vacancy
Dudley Infant Academy is looking for a dependable and practical caretaker to help keep our warm, welcoming school safe, secure, and running smoothly. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, values flexibility, and takes pride in maintaining a positive environment for young children and staff. Working Pattern: 12.5hours a week to be worked Monday to Friday. 7.00-8.00am and 3.00-4.30pm
Grade: East Sussex Single Status Grade 4
Salary: £25,185-£25,583 pro rata. Actual Salary £8,508 (Pay award pending)
Responsible to: Business Manager/Head Teacher
Closing Date: 8th May 2026
Interview Date: week commencing 18th May 2026
Start Date: As soon as safer recruitment checks have been completed
