Our Teaching and Learning

We pride ourselves on teaching our pupils in a way that develops their character and personal values, as well as their educational potential.

Our curriculum teaches the key knowledge, skills and understanding set out in the national curriculum. Teachers plan learning with care, dedication and high expectations to help learners grow and develop within all curriculum subjects. Helping our pupils gaining a deeper understanding of their own learning is a key part of our educational philosophy here at Dudley.

Our Wraparound Care

We offer high-quality wraparound care to support our families beyond the school day. Our breakfast and after-school provision, delivered by Fireflies Childcare, provides a safe, welcoming and well-supervised environment where children can enjoy a range of activities, socialise with friends and relax. Whether you need early morning childcare or extended provision at the end of the day, our wraparound care ensures your child is happy, engaged and well cared for.

Our before and after school programmes are run on-site by the wonderful team at Fireflies Childcare. Brilliant breakfasts and awesome after-school snacks are included.

 

How to Apply for a Place at Dudley Infant Academy

Reception Admissions round applications are made direct to East Sussex County Council (ESCC). Please do not apply through the academy directly. Further information can be found here: East Sussex County Council School Admissions
